I had some trouble with the epub version using AdobeDE. Did you check it with ADE?

To tell the truth no I didn't. I had opened it in Calibre before I converted it for the Mobi. version, but I didn't open it using Adobe. What trouble are you having with the book?

When I open it with ADE on my computer, I get the first page of each chapter but cannot advance to the second page for any chapter. Thus I am able to read each chapter's first page only.

I looked at the epub with Sigil and each chapter is enclosed in a table element. I removed the table tags and it works. Also cleaned up some other tags and changed the font size which seems too large.

Revised for ADE and e InK
I have revised this version for use with ADE and E Ink displays as well as smaller screens. The text and images are exactly the same. Here are the changes:
1. removed 30% margins
2 each chapter was in one table, removed tables as ADE can't span more than 1 page with a table.
3. removed background color to increase contrast for e Ink screens.
4. removed spaces between most paragraphs.
5. reformatted chapter titles to appear in TOC and to wrap on margins in the ebook.
6. removed fixed font size so eBook Readers can change them to suit the user.
7. Corrected indenting on a quoted paragraph.
8. Other minor formatting changes to improve experience on portable reading devices.
