Looking for Layout Suggestions

Hi, I'm Dona and I'm publishing an ebook with InDesign and then I want to make it in ePub and PDF format. I'm here to learn, but I have been involved in publishing for awhile and I have an Information Technology design background. I've published a high-end, four color art book for a client and setup her publishing company and I've also published a 3 CD Audio book and MP3.

This is the first ebook. I have a Kindle but as I said I want to make this book available in all the formats and it possibly could be turned into an MP3 in the future because it is about music.

I want to have links in it and setup Affiliate relationships with Amazon and iTunes to generate income.

Can anyone direct me to the best forums on the site where I can see samples of ebooks that were published specifically to port on all platforms. I'm very visual so before I start in InDesign I want to have an idea of where I'm going with it.
