Hi to all :¬)
hi
I am not a great reader, or I should say that I never really read a book from start to finish for "fun". Now I got my self a kindle just to make myself read and hopefully by "forcing" myself now I will start enjoying it very soon. But yes I would love to become attached to reading regularly. So the two reasons I registered here are because 1. every time I do a google search related to ebooks I get trasfered here ![]() Look forward to interacted with you all. |

The answer to your question really depends on what sort of litterature you like to read: mystery, sci-fi, fantasy, true crime. Since you have never, by your own admission, never read a book the answer may be what sorts of movies do you like: Star Wars, Harry Potter, Airplane.

Good to have your company, Akatura. Happy Kindling ... and here's hoping that it turns you on to the sheer joy of reading. It's the second most fun thing we humans have ... and often (unlike the first thing), you can double up laughing while you're thus occupied. Very best wishes. Neil

@jbcohen at the moment i am reading "da vinci code" (I am on chapter 97) and I am enjoying it a lot, and it is the first time that I get what people mean when they say "the book is better than the movie". Then of course I am going to read "angles and demons" (I forgot that they were published other way round, but as I gathered many people read them in the same order). After that I really want to real "the alchemist" - can't remember who recommended it to me but I will check it out.
So maybe at the moment I have enough to read but I just stated the kind of reason why I registered here. though this thread was just to introduce myself - thanks for offering to help. @neilmarr - a lot of people describe reading a lot those lines; I hope that I will also get turned on by its joy - thanks |
