Help w/ePub Conversion

Can anyone help me? I'm having a problem with my E-Pub conversion of my book. It comes up with these three errors in Smashwords E-Pub conversion and I don't know how to fix them. Here they are: ERROR: magic-by-moonlight.epub/tmp_8f35b4464be7fb148563736a1c6c79c2_HmADUk.ch.fix ed.fc.tidied.stylehacked.xfixed_split_013.html(21) : text not allowed here; expected the element end-tag or element "address", "blockquote", "del", "div", "dl", "h1", "h2", "h3", "h4", "h5", "h6", "hr", "ins", "noscript", "ns:svg", "ol", "p", "pre", "script", "table" or "ul" (with xmlns:ns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg")
2. Wrap the SVG ...<svg> block in <div>...</div>
