Recipe for Menorca. Mixing rss and web pages

Hi, I'm new to Calibre. I have write 2 recipes for Menorca Newspaper, from Spain. One recipe get articles from rss and another from web articles. Can I download articles from rss and web pages in one recipe? Implementing parse_index() exclude rss downloads. How to mix rss and web pages in the same recipe?
Another question, how to include one recipe in the builtin recipes of Calibre?

Post the recipe here and ask Kovid to add it to the builtins.
