^ you may be in luck! I believe calibre supports PRC files...if yes, pretty much all you need in terms of an awesome ebook library/device management software that also does conversions to nearly every digital format.

@ViCO: indeed, welcome to MR. Am in Hong Kong myself. What e-readers are you contemplating? Shenzen/Guangzhao selection is not especially deep from what I have seen, except of course for local Chinese brands like Hanvon and the like...
