Which PDF Resizer / Converter do YOU use?

So I just recently got my Sony Reader PRS500 and I love it. However, as everyone knows, the PDF support isn't the greatest and often requires conversion. I am mainly interested in converting some science / technology textbooks and some other general books that may have figures.

I've spent some time trying out the tools listed on MobileRead's wiki for conversion and so far I personally like pdflrf.
I don't have Acrobat Professional so I can't just simply resize to the 88.184mm x 113.854mm listed in the wiki. (BTW does anyone do this consistently?)

So I want to ask:

What's YOUR favorite tool for resizing / converting PDFs for the Sony Reader?

Just looking to see what other people are doing these days since there are so many options.

So far, also pdflrf. I use it to convert technical reference books as well. Unfortunately it crashes on some of my books, but I'm sure it will be more stable in the future.

I do use Adobe Acrobat to crop pages occasionally.
