Getting my books back after going to CM7

Using CM7 nightly on SD card and hitting a few speed bumps.

I have only a couple of books that had been using on the early rooted NC. Bought them on BN and read them with the original BN reader.

Now with CM7 on SD card I would like to move them so I can access with CM7.

Already tried going to file manager on the NC and copying from emmc to SD card but when I tried to import them using Aldiko it said the book was password protected.

Also tried to get BN reader from Market. Opened the BN market reader up and it seemed like it was going to let me download again the book I bought but then got a force closure.

Thx for any help

You can't just copy them - unless you've stripped off the nasty DRM (first thing I do with the few DRM books I pay for).

The B&N Nook app should work from the market - I was just using it on Nightly 98 a few days ago...is it working OK for you on a desktop? Sometimes if your credit card is expired or something it can get cranky...

How do you get rid of the "DRM" whatever that is?

I guess this is on a book I bought from B&N but now can't read because I am booting from SD card with CM7
