Cool setting is stuck

i used preferences to set a 'common options -> look & feel' setting to 'remove spacing between paragraphs' with an 'indent size' as '0.5 em' then later i changed that setting to '1.0 em'. when converting it's sometimes correct at '1.0 em' but sometime it's still set at '0.5 em'. i can't seem to get the newer setting to stick all the time. this has been happening since before .0.8.0 and i'm now using 0.8.6.

also i'd like to see that setting expanded slightly to - 'change spacing between paragraphs' - and have a second parameter 'spacing between paragraphs'. i currently have to convert to epub and change that setting in the css by hand (i use '7pt'). then convert to mobi.

thanks for your fine work on calibre, it's an indispensable tool

Settings are saved on per book basis. If you are reconverting a book it will use the old settings. You will need to change it in the conersion dialog in that case. This is to allow you to fine tune the conversion settings per book.

Conversions remember any setting that has been used on a per book basis.
Use the reset button at the bottom of the conversion screen to grab the current defaults.

thanks, that's a nice simple way to overcome my fiddling around with the settings.
