PB 902 doesnt respond
Hi,
I have a new PB 902 pro. After connecting the PB to my laptop, copying few books and deleting some of the exiting books the PB got stuck. When I try to turn it on it stucks on the "Dear user" page and refuses to proceed to the menu. when I try now to connect it to my laptop nothing happens, it doesn't recognise it. I tried rebooting and reseting it but it doesn't help. anyone? thanks! |

Try rebooting and keeping it on awhile, sometimes all it needs is time.
If you have a card you could try it with or without the card and as a bonus you could also try doing a firmeware update using the card. |

I've tried taking out and putting back in the battery.
I downloaded both 2.0.5 & 2.0.6 updates and did the updating procedure several times according to the instructions and I got a suggestion to register to bookland which I skipped and then it just returned to the bookland page, sometimes it gave a message that the updates will take place after rebooting but rebooting just gave the same result! Right now the situation is that when I turn it on it on it's stuck on the bookland page. So frustrating! anyone got more suggestions? I'm really stuck here... thanks a lot. |
