Or...... could it mean that the Erminecake is not a lie and we will be suprised in a few days? Let's not panic and stay positive.

LOL, but dontpanic isn't there anymore--though he may be in the know courtesy of friends who are still in the employ of enTourage (and the conspriacy theory band plays on...).

I considered the possibility of another Android update, but 2.3 is Gingerbread, 2.4 is Ice Cream and 3.0 is Honeycomb, none of which are "Cake" (nor is Froyo - Android 2.2).

Thanks for that research. I had never heard that expression, although I had inklings of what it might mean.
In regards to enTourage, I read it as "something that looked like a lost cause is suddenly showing signs of coming through after all." A third-party software company has finally delivered on their promise regarding something for the eDGe? A buy-out by a bigger fish that now sees the value in a "dualbook" (rather than a "dual screen")? Or has the recent modest sales bump (as people scramble to get PE's/EE's while they can) possibly resurrected confidence in the company by banks/investors? Or did dontpanic merely get his last paycheck with the handsome year-end bonus he had been promised? ![]() |

I equate the SDK to cake. I'm probably delusional and will be disappointed.
I'm also stuck on level 15 in Portal where the energy ball launcher is behind a force field. (Update: Still on 15, but got that problem solved, and the following jump problem, now just trying to beat the moving platform over the acid/slime.) Last edited by kenjennings; 05-05-2011 at 05:02 PM. |
