A special thanks to the Entourage Edge customer service!

Hi,

Recently I sent in my Entourage Edge reader using the RMA system. The customer service was flexible with when I would send in the device, as well as quick to supply a Fedex return slip. I sent in the device and I got back my Edge within 2-weeks time, and all the device I got was completely 100% functioning as brand new (I think I may actually have gotten a new eDGe in fact). All my data was still preserved on the device - which was also really great. I am quite happy with the customer service and response time at EE - you guys are fantastic! Good job!
