Settings>Applications>Manage Applications
Tap the application you'd like to remove, then tap "Uninstall". Maybe someone else can tell you if this removes all of the data or if there's any residual info you'd need to delete. |

I've noticed Uninstall doesn't always delete the data files. You can use ES File Explorer to delete directories that are *clearly* created by the app you uninstalled.

i downloaded a file, apparently not an app. now this file I could only delete out of the list. i am sure that it is still somewhere on my eDGe and I don't want that.
so where can I find it or how can I get rid of it. |

Downloaded files usually go into either the "downloads" or "download" directory (you should see these in the list when you first open ES File Explorer). The contents of these directories are always safe to delete (assuming you've copied/installed/added-to-library them as appropriate).
