Error 400?

When I try to get to the forums from my eDGe, it's giving me an error message "400 Bad Request, nginx/0.7.64".

Any ideas? I'm rather used to going on the forums from my eDGe and I'd like to be able to access it again.

Other web sites, Gmail, etc all work fine.

I had Forums bookmarked and today it won't work. I've been on there for a while from my eDGe and the bookmark doesn't work right now. I just tried manually inputting the www.entourageedge.com/forums address and it still comes up with the error 400 message. Wah.

Well, maybe enTourage is working on it today and that is why the link isn't working all of a sudden. I can't remember how I got there on the eDGe in the first place - it was well before the thread about accessing it was posted. I usually have Forums and Gmail on my Dolphin Browser tabs all the time.

It will be nice to be able to access Forums through the mobile eDGe web site, even though I've already got it bookmarked in Dolphin.

Like other posters, I suspect maintenance of the web site was in progress.

On rare occasion I've notices the forums page is blank, doesn't return any data to the browser, or return errors. A few minutes later the forums page is working again. Looks most like maintenance to me.

I've been having the same issue for over 7 hours so far-and I just tried again. Sometimes the main forum page loads, but if I try to click on any folder/thread, the 400 error is back, at other times the error pops up without loading the main page. Gmail, Google search, Amazon, Dataviz, etc all seem to be fine. I've opened a tech support ticket, so I'll see what they say. Since none of you seem to be having a problem, I'm guessing it's something with my eDGe. Not sure what's changed since last night, though. I did end up downloading the update (before we heard it was just for registration problems), but I was able to access the forums after installation.

Hi everyone,

Just wanted let you know that we are actively working on this issue. Also, is everyone experiencing this problem in both our integrated browser and Dolphin?

I'll be back with more info as soon as it becomes available.

I haven't tried the native browser since I have the site bookmarked in Dolphin. I'll go to my eDGe and try it now... Oh, I've got the Dolphin as default and when I try to search for the forums in the native browser, it opens a new tab in Dolphin. Same 400 error, but it's not really in the native browser.

Problem still exist from time to time.
The reason is the bad cookie (named SWISH os SWIF... don't remember exact name). After deleting all works fine (untill new cookie were set )
