can not register after factory reset
I have a problem with my internal storage space that ic very low (812KB) from 2.8 GB and I've found huge and weird pdf file (e.g. file name abr5690.pdf).So I decide to get rid of them by reset to factory defalut. The problem is I have to go through 11 steps of registering my EE and I could not passed the step to entourage store . It said "http error code 500" eventhough I pass registering adobe store. So I struck in the middle. I can not use my EE from now. I don't know what to do. please help.
Thanks in advance. |

A shot in the dark, but maybe if you go to your account page and de-authorize your edge - as if you were going to sell or transfer to someone else.
