i tried to enter a new thread about the hanging of my edge. it's strange that my thread isn't shown on this page at all after filling it in.

i cannot do anything with this device longer then 2 minutes, because it hangs itself. who can help me here?

these are permanent hangs. nothing will work and no button response. after a couple of minutes i just have to take the battery out, wait half a minute and put it back. then i can start again. it start up perfectly without any problem. then i start putting a contact. that can work also good. after a couple i want to change one of the contacts, so tapping on it and when I'm at a line (field) what i wanna change and then it spontaneously hangs itself up. nothing works then, no button, no tapping, nothing.

thnx very much for your response. i did the downloads and it looks pritty good. no hanging jet.

well, it didn't help. yes, it's better, but no, it still hangs itself. I do notice that the part what is hanging is only the right site. the ereader sites will continu to work. just now I put in a sdhc card. work ok. i just switched the system on again and on the top i see that it is prepairing the sc card. since then noting happens anymore. it's stuck again. i did work with it and it was reading the card and i took a pdf from it. so it can work, but it looks asa if it is strugling en falling over his own software. it starts to become seriously irritating..

but in the meantime, how can you activate that camera? i don't see an app or another item where I can activate it.
i did download skype, but unfortunately i only can chat. calling is not possible.

The camera isn't functional yet. Physically it is, but the software to drive it isn't released yet. Entourage is working on it and it will be in a future update. I don't know when, though - maybe when the Android 2.x update is released?
