Favorite Recent Spec-Fic Short Story Collection?

So it's 2014 and time to add more books to the TBR list. I've already started. I just bought Nnedi Okorafor's Kabu Kabu and that's next on my read list. I really enjoyed her novel Who Fears Death.

But I'm greedy and I am always looking for a (few) good Spec-Fic (SciFi, Fantasy, Horror, Weird, Magical Realism, etc.) short story collection(s). Any recommendations? I'll go first. One of the best collections I have ever read is Stories of Your Life and Others by Ted Chiang. I recommend it highly.

By "recent", do you mean "in the past year", "this century", "post-Golden Age", or something else?

Assuming you only want collections and not anthologies: I can rec Kij Johnson's collection, Lucy Woods' Diving Belles, Greg Egan's "Crystal Nights and Other Stories", and all of the Twelve Planets. There's a fair mix of subgenres for you!

Thanks!

P.S. meeera, by recent I mean maybe last 10 years? Maybe something even more current than that.

One of the books I most enjoyed reading last year was The Best of Connie Willis: Award-Winning Stories - a collection of her stories that have won a Nebula and/or Hugo award.

Oh, Connie Willis - her collection is waiting on my TBR (and having read some of it as well as her novels), I think I can back that rec confidently. Also high on my TBR and from known-to-me authors, so a "check it out" rec rather than an "I've read all of this, it's amazing" rec:

The Bone Chime Song And Other Stories (Jo Anderton)
Fountain of Age: Stories (Nancy Kress)
The Bride Price (Cat Sparks)
Hair Side, Flesh Side (Helen Marshall)
Skin Folk (Nalo Hopkinson)
The Unreal and the Real (Ursula Leguin)
Pump Six and Other Stories (Paolo Bacigalupi)
Matricide (Lucy Sussex)
Everything by Margo Lanagan ever

I would also add At the Mouth of the River of Bees, Stories by Kij Johnson.
I haven't finished it since I rarely read collections through at one go, but what I've read is very good.
