Good question.

Beyond that, I am really fond of my iPad with Zinio app. The magazines I subscribe to look great.

Zinio is certainly dragging its heels on their Android app. I'm waiting...

Device: delta electronics' e-Magazine
The 13.1 inch Delta electronics' "e-Magazine" is a full sized magazine color reader which is able to display color pdfs in full A4 size. Gizmag describes it as follows: So how do you stand out from the e-Reader crowd at Computex? You pop up with the only color A4 sized e-paper device, that's how. Rather than using e-Ink or LCD technology, the 13 inch color display of the e-Magazine from Delta Electronics benefits from e-paper technology developed in partnership with Japan's Bridgestone Corporation. It was supposed to start selling last december, but there has been no news about retailers or retail prices, so it still seems to be on the drawing board. Unless somebody here knows something about it? It looks more like a big PC screen, than a lightweight reader to use for casually browsing National Geographics with one hand, in bed:

The Gizmag article can be found here: http://www.gizmag.com/delta-bridgest...ereader/15305/

In my opinion, Magazines require a big screen, besides a good application, of course. Anything below 10" would be too small. Just look for a real Magazine ... they are not small or 7" ... they are bigger than that, bigger than a regular books or novel.

On my particular case, I use iPad and Zinio, and that combination is just great! I receive National Geographic, Reader Digest, among others, and Zinio provides embedded multimedia on some issues.

Provided you can install non-market apps, you need wait no longer:
