			My PRS-350 has just frozen.  I can't switch it off or chose one of the 3 books I've recently downloaded.  Anyone got any ideas what I can do?  It's about half charged so that's not the problem.

			Good to have your company, Lizzie. Have you tried your question at the Sony-dedicated sub forum here. If you're relying on the battery level shown on your device, by the way, it's notoriously over-optimistic. All my own Sony problems were solved when I got a mains charger rather than relying on ineffective charging via USB to my PC. Never a single hitch since. Luck and best wishes. Neil
