Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone here at Mobileread also plays some SC2 from time to time? I'm currently in platinum league, and I'd say I'm an okayish player. It would be cool if anyone here would like to play some 1v1 or 2v2 with me. I'm only playing on the EU servers, though.

Also, feel free to use this thread to find someone to play against/with on whichever server you might be playing on.

Dang, I hadn't even started SC2 in about two weeks because I've been reading more, and then I see this! But I'm on the US servers only, Bronze and mediocre.

I know this is two months too late, but I figure I might as well reply, rather than start a whole new topic.

I've played for a while, but I'm really not any good. I'm actually not ranked yet since I have this phobia with playing against real people (yes, I am lame) so I practice by playing 2v2 with a good friend of mine. Unfortunately, he is otherwise occupied with other things so I don't have anyone to play with anymore lol

I play in the SEA servers, mostly, but I've looked at the US servers. Well, if anyone wants to help me become a better player, feel free LOL

Welcome to MR, mitsugi! First time I've been able to say that to anyone.

It's been two months since my post in this thread, still haven't played anymore SC2. Too many books to read. I think if I get in a reading rut I'll fire it up again, just for the variety.

That playing against other humans phobia is extremely common and widely written about, so much that I think it's a majority experience. You're not lame, you're part of larger group. For some easy-going, not hyper-competitive games, try looking for players in the forums of arstechnica or gamerswithjobs.

Wow, I thought I was one of the few in the humans phobia! My friends don't seem to have problems with it. It's nice to know I have company. And thanks for your suggestions! I'll look in on that
