Double Chapters epub after Conversion
Hi,
I started using Calibre not so long ago. I've got a small question, Yesterday I did a update from version 0.7.52 to 0.7.57. After that I started to convert a RTF file to Epub as I usually do. When I was done I opened the file with Adobe digital Editions. What I saw was that all the chapters where listed twice in the chapterlist and there was some text lines in it. Before the update it was just a orderly list with chapter one, chapter two .. etc. I always use the rtf format and using a other file format to convert is not a option for me. Does anybody know the solution of this problem? Is there a other way to add chapters now or is this a bug that comes with the new update? Thanks in advance for the help! below a exemple of a epub file after Conversion with Calibre: ![]() |

Check the chapter detection XPath versus the actual text of the book (there are helpful wizards available in the Calibre conversion settings to do this). I'm pretty sure the update isn't the reason for this, by the way- it's more that the default XPath doesn't work well with your given book.
