Wings Free with Bonus Material , by Aprilynne Pike, is a free pre-order in the Kindle store. If you want to sample first, you can get it from the current edition, but be careful not to click to order, as it is $8.99. The free edition is also showing up in the UK catalog and should be free, but so far it coming up as not available there, as well. UK link

just checked it out, sounded interesting but instead of 1 click buy it has 1 click pre-order only and then takes me to the visa payment page?

i grabbed another book earlier today that was given away for free and had no problems getting it.

All Kindle pre-orders require you to have a valid credit card on file. If the price is $0.00 when you click, the visa/etc card never gets touched. You can confirm that you won't be charged by checking the Manage My Kindle page to see the price you'll pay when the pre-order is delivered.

do you mean that it is also free in asia? it's showing up $2.00 for me

It is showing as $0.00 in the "Asia and Pacific" region. I'm not sure which countries that includes, though. Not India, which is it's own region, though (and it's $2 there).
