Just saw this on the nookDevs download site: http://code.google.com/p/nookdevs/downloads/list

I can't find a readme anywhere and the nookdevs site has not been updated. Anyone know what's new?

I think it's just a bit faster, sorts and opens faster. But you have to get the "debug" version. The other one from what I've read just looks like the B&N "stock" reader.

Device: rooted Nooks, retired. JetBook Lite, Kindle 3, 4, Kobo Nia, Libra H2O.
I'm sticking with 1.3. There were a ton of problems with 1.4 and no one addressed any of these issues at the nookdev site. There have also been no postings of what the updates 1.5-1.7 are doing. Unfortunately, I have no faith anymore in these apps, especially without some sort of feedback from users. The Nook color has just about killed the Nook as far as hacking support goes. Since I have no way to try 1.7 without first removing 1.3 and risking never getting it back, it is NO SALE.

But you have right, support for the nook is dead so i don't think there will be another version other than 0.1.7
