cbr conversion

I downloaded a rar. file and used 7-Zip to extraxt the files but when I tried to convert the cbr file using Calibre to Mobi I received the following error, any suggestions?

That error message seems clear enough - it is saying that the .cbr file does not seem to be a set of image files (which is ha is epected for a .cbr file). Are you sure tha is hat is in that file - it would seem to be a stange tupe of input for an autobiography. If there are image files, what format are they in?
