PDF reader app
I apologize if this has been covered already, but I was just curious which app do you all recommend for the iPad to read PDFs? I have a ton of cookbooks that are in PDF form would love to use the iPad while cooking (LOVE the iCookbook app)
TIA! |

the consensus seems to be GoodReader, so that's the one I got. I didn't try any others, but it works great. Well worth the five bucks.
you can also check how they look in iBooks, which is free of course. |

I recommend BlueFire it's free. Actually I never tried GoodReader (I have bought iPad very late in the game...) but from all the videos and reviews of GoodReader it seems to me that it's famous only because it was first. Well it is as good as many other apps but it still costs you $$.

Well, it is built into iBooks.
I have goodreader and love it though. I use the dropbox sync to get things on it with no effort ![]() Andy |

Goodreader is also a great file manager, though not Macintosh-intuitive. I used it for a lot of input and output. And it's great reader app too.

If you are dealing with Adobe DRM PDFs (e.g. borrowed from a library), then I think Bluefire (or the Bluefire-powered BAM reader) may be your only option at this point.
