On an interesting note, the journalism team actually got the story right. ... Actually come to think about it, it's kind of sad I would be surprised by this.

Stunning but true - and though the advice against buying a pre-hacked one is good (it's too easy to do oneself) - I wouldn't buy their reasoning. The only real issue is that one might be buying someone else's lemon.

For a moment I thought you were talking about a computer literate reporter but the main guy was from Engadget so not so surprising he knew what he was talking about.
