How can I increase timeout time

I use my Pocketbook Pro 602 as a recipe book. The annoying thing for me is that I follow the recipe, then after a while look at the screen only to find that it has switched itself off. Is there something I can do to increase the timeout?

Configuration -> Clock -> Power down after :-)
