Hello from Tehran
Dear All,

A week ago I finally made my big decision and paid almost 740 US$ for my Kindle DX Graphite and original cover!!
In Iran we have no choice to buy a modern product in a fair condition.Because of US sanctions!!!!
Anyway I had two choices, Kindle with almost 300 US$ extra fee (Compare with Amazon price) or Sony PRS-650 with 100 US$ extra fee!

Hi Hamid and I hope you find an answer to your problems with the Kindle. It always makes me sad to hear how world politics can create problems for book lovers, scientists and academics, often the people who are least involved in strife and conflict. You must be a very keen book reader to be willing to go to such trouble to get a Kindle!

Dear CazMar,

I HATE POLITICS in all aspects!!
Yeah! Actually I am addicted to reading and I've 2 three meters height bookshelf on my room full of Hard books. And also many many academic and technical PDFs on my laptop.
