More video questions

I converted an AVI format 720p movie using Hamster. The output format was 720 x 304. The resulting MP4 file plays fine on the NC, but it looks stretched in height. Any ideas on why this is happening?

I would give Handbrake 0.9.5 a shot after checking out the video thread:
