Pocketbook 902 freezing while loading the SD

Heya.

Im using the PB902 very well (even the SD card), but sometimes (more frequent than I expect), when I insert SD card the hourglass icon shows up and stays (right now 5 minutes has passed), my SD is EMPTY, (i formated it right now with FAT32 on ubuntu). If I remove SD, the hourglass icon dissapear. BUT obviously want to put my books on it. This is VERY annoying and I want to know what can be happening.

Meanwhile, It happened too (some hangs like that, but i dont know exactly if they are related) when I added/removed books thru calibre. The Reload Icon ( thin two arrows inside a circle), shows up, and it stays forever (i have spend a full night waiting for it to complete the "reload"). Shutting down the device, removing SD, restart device, insert SD, restart device (wait a little in tree image), seems fix. But its VERY ANNOYING too. Someone know EXACTLY what is happening?

BTW, im enjoying the ebook (i would like to not have this hangs, and it will be perfect. Bluetooth keyboard and category browsing on non epub files, will make it perfect).

I have tried 3 different SDs, same behavior

2Gb sent by Dulin's model mmagr02gueca-mb (class unknow)
8bg kingstom 0843 k34506y (class 4)
16 gb MV OEM (class 2)

All them behave as the same...

At first, never insert or remove the card with your device running, it may corrupt the formatting. In some other threads it is mentioned, that inserting a complete empty card doesn't work, so maybe you put one or two books on it and try again. The hangup after loading books is also a know issue, maybe you use the "search" function, 'cause it's described quite often by now

Add a book to the card first if you can. For some reason, empty cards seem to produce this problem. Emptying the internal device of all books can produce the same problem (even worse, because you can't pop out the card to stop the waiting). It seems that the code for updating the book database has problems if there are no books on a device.

trying add a few epub books.. but nothing helped.. reading a few more threads (more than I expected) i stumbled upon this : https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=113346 and it solved.

I have removed SD, booted, and cleaned up all my internal books using the PCLink (they are calibre feed epubs). I will disable them for now.

Damn bug in PB firmware

The wierid thing is.. the books in internal memory worked fine without the SD.. should not be any relationship beetween them.. who knows!!

I can boot the device, but I cant open the library.

Opened thru "Favorites" menu, and it working now.
