New member and my very first blog.
I'm glad i found this space to learn more about the industry and to learn of other's experiences. I'm new to digital reading since i received an Aluratek as a gift. It has some problems, but all in all i really enjoy the convience of e reading. Since i retired some years ago, i have convinced myself to use the public library rather than purchase reading materials. I only used free ebooks, until i received a gift certificate to purchase. Now, i'm thinking of purchasing a Sony reader. So i plan to really research the field before my investment. So thanks inadvance for all the information.

Welcome chigirl21. You will find very friendly folks here at MR, along with a great deal of knowledge and expertise covering the whole gamut of ereading. Snoop around MR and you will see what I mean. And when you find something that looks fun, jump in.
