Smile reader for pc

I am wondering if Pocketbook has reader software for pc(laptop and desktop), which allows documents can be read and bookmarked on PC, everything done on pc as on ebook reader, like Sony ebook reader's READER? Thx

Not to my knowledge.
But there are a lot of free options tha support the same formats as the PB Readers.

Since the PB readers use a modified version of FBReader for Linux, that might be the first one to look at on the PC side. Other possibilities would be Mobipocket and Coolreader 3. Maybe Adobe Digital Editions.

I found that FBReader for windows xp, you CANNOT make note and bookmark. at this point, SONY's Reader Library does very job, which can highlight and put note.
BTW, where can I download FB2veiwer for PC windows xp? thx.

Try Haali Reader if FBreader isn't to your taste.
