TickerFactory.

I really hate admitting this but I cannot get TickerFactory to work. I have been trying off and on for a month to get a ticker added to my iGoogle page. I go through the directions page by page but when I add it to iGoogle and click on it all I get is a new page image of my ticker! Nothing asking for my PIN. It's driving me nuts.

TickerFactory's help page didn't help me at all and their expanded FAQ was a no-go since I'm long past the fertile stage. Could someone post a short tutorial or an idea if what I might be failing to do?

I have gone to my ticket and, at the end, when you have finished, there's a button labeled "iGoogle". I've clicked on it and the resource has been added to my igoogle (I have accessed before).

That is exactly what I did, but when I click on the ticker on iGoogle it opens in another tab with an image of the ticker but with no links for further action.

I've tried this with two different tickers from my iGoogle home page in Firefox on my desktop and from two different browsers on the QT 7, all resulting in a new tab w/an actionless image of my ticker.

I do appreciate you trying to help though.

I had the same problem. So I finally removed the non-working ticker, went back to ticker factory and made a new ticker (so as to get to the last page of the creation/editing process) and then before I added the page to iGoogle, I copied the url from the HTML block (only the part from http to but not including the first > symbol) onto a new browser tab, opened the edit page on the new tab, and bookmarked it. Then I went back to the ticker factory page and added it to iGoogle. Whenever I want to edit it, I use the bookmark to open the editing page, make my changes, and close it out. It updates on iGoogle, and it's not too much more effort than clicking on the ticker itself.

With firefox I clicked on iGoogle and the ticker was added to my page. I've updated it today and the picture in iGoogle has been updated.

Well, at last! Seems overly cumbersome, but it's working. I'm really impressed...how you ever came up with this workable option. I would never have figured it out if I fiddled another month.
