Question about having 2 Covers
I have been using Calibre for about a year now and just got a Nook color. I am trying add a second cover, which is usually an illustration. I have tried tweaking the epub but must not be doing something right. Thanks for listening and any help given.

What do you actually want to accomplish? Do you want to have two cover images in your ePub file, or do you want to have two cover images in your metadata? The latter, at least, is not possible.

I would like 2 images in the epub file. Many of my fantasy books have maps or I have some geneology charts I want to be able to refer back to.

Try using Sigil. Or, if you'd like to do it manually, ask in the ePub forum.

As suggested: Sigil makes adding images to EPUB content, a snap' The only limitation is the size of the image your device can handle and the overall cumulative effect on EPUB file size (JPEG's don't compress any more, upon adding). |
