Talking Ebooks you can write on?

Like many other readers, I like to writ as well. I like to journal and have tried my hand at writing fiction as well. I would like a basic version of word processing and the possibility of an external keyboard. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Rachael

Some of the tablets that have ereader software would fit that today. Possibly the pocketbook IQ, the archos 70 and the samsung tab would suite your needs.

In my particular case I am waiting for the first quarter of 2011 and that capability will open up on the NOOKColor. I am not sure about the external keyboard but the NOOKColor chipset has bluetooth, but it isn't currently enabled. Again in my case I already have the device and am willing to wait. The superior reader sw is why I am using the NOOKColor instead of a generic tablet.

Alphasmart Neo is the way to go for writing (a good keyboard and 700 hours between batteries).
