Hello there

I've got a Bookeen Orizon and quite frankly their support and troubleshooting info is rubbish...so I thought I'd join this forum to help others so as they do not to spend hours trying to find solutions like me...

Am I happy with it though? Yes, it's brilliant and very happy to have instant access to English Language books...

Ne jamais utilisé un rien Bookeen avant mais j'ai parlé aux propriétaires de Bookeen via ce forum et ils m'ont dit beaucoup de ce que ses le meilleur. Les propriétaires m'ont dit que son grand pour les livres avec la taille de papier A4. Quant à moi je ne veux pas dépenser autant pour un lecteur de livre n'a pas d'importance ce qui marque, marque ou le modèle, il est.

Le chaudron d'abord vous devez faire est de poster vos questions dans les sous-Bookeen le forum. Avez-vous cherché dans les forums français? Je pense que vous serez en mesure de tirer le meilleur parti de ces forums si vous parlez votre langue maternelle. Le forum français ne ni avoir un bookeen sous-forum, mais peut-être vous pouvez toujours obtenir réponse à vos questions.

Welcome Nadine, i am enjoying this forum even though i am not as high tech knowledgeable as some of the people here. Goodness, Cohen it took me 5 min to translate your post..it's a little early for me to get my brain to do this kind of work.

Bookeen blow hot and cold...I personally have had little major problem with them....

Well thanks for all your messages...

Well I'm lucky in that my maternal language is English but I speak fluent French and so for troubleshooting I can look for solutions in both...and really there is no real help info.

I do have to say that if you contact Bookeen they are very helpful but rarely with ample technical info. If you are an English speaker I have also noticed that the English side of their site is less informative too...with a few corking translation errors :-)

My husband has the Opus and he seems to have had less issues...but as I said we are both very happy with our readers....
