Reset to stock some strange happenings!

Well I did the 8 reboot thing and I was reset to version 1.0. However I still registered with B&N and didn't have to register again as was mentioned on the NOOKDEV site. Is that normal?

I then sideloaded 1.01 and afterwards 1.1. All went OK.

Now the couple of strange things. Angry Birds and another game are still working! Most of the other apps don't.

Also now I can't get ADE to see my Nook! When I plug in the Nook with or without ADE being up nothing happens.

I'm planning on doing the autonooker for 1.1, but I want to get ADE fixed 1st.

Any ideas?

Seth, the reset is a two-step process. You do the 8 hold thing, but then you also have to go to Settinigs > Device Info > and do the "Erase & Deregister Device"

Yes I just found that out in another thread. Everything is working now, it's just having to restock the shelves, etc.

I'm thinking about waiting now until the next two B&N updates are out, before rooting again.
