I self-publish along with being published by regular publishers. I also buy a lot of books.

My interest is finding new stuff to read and begin able to read books purchased with one format to move to my Kindle. Epub is one of the formats I would like to convert so I can read on my Kindle.

Good to have your company, MG. You can convert ePub to Mobi for your Kindle using Calibre library software -- just as long as the ePub ebook file isn't padlocked with Digital Rights Management software. Good luck and best wishes. Neil

Thanks, all. I installed Calibre and converted the books I wanted to move.

One note is that it says Calibre can be installed on Windows 7. It wouldn't install for me. Something about an incorrect installation file.

Lucky me. I have an XP laptop, and it installed nicely on that.
