Error Message on Glo

ERROR: Error: Error communicating with device

database disk image is malformed

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "site-packages/calibre/gui2/device.py", line 85, in run
File "site-packages/calibre/gui2/device.py", line 470, in _books
File "site-packages/calibre/devices/kobo/driver.py", line 1674, in books
DatabaseError: database disk image is malformed

When the Glo is connecting to Calibre I get this message anyone know how to fix it?

Glo works find and can read my books even with error

That means the database on the device is corrupt in some way. The device will frequently seem OK, but, if the device writes to the database, it probably won't get saved. You will notice problems after a power off as the database is read from the file.

The database on the device is an SQLite database. If you have the tools you can check it and try to fix it. But, the usual fix is to log out on the device. This removes the current database and creates a new one.
