Stylus stopped reacting

Hi,

I have a Pocketbook 903. It was ok, but suddenly the stylus stopped working. No matter how strong or what angle I press it against the screen, just nothing happens. I used scribble quite intensively just before. I don't know what can be the reason. Can touch screen be somehow disabled, I was looking for such option but haven't found it?

Do not press, the sensitive electronics is under the screen. The stylus works by induction.

Yes, I know it shouldn't be pressed and that it should only touch the screen surface, but that doesn't work neither. It used to work, as I said, I used scribble app intensively and everything was fine. I didn't install any software nor upgraded the firmware. I'm worried it may be a mechanical flaw.
