Tuple out of range
I see this message a lot whe there are no covers available.

openlibrary.org covers - ISBN: 9780440244172 not found Douban.com covers - tuple index out of range librarything.com covers - ISBN: 9780440244172 not found I see this, even when (about 5 versions ago) I disabled the Douban plugin

Its the error message that plugin is generating when no matches are found. Not a very helpful message, but...
