Has anybody met this OS and tried to install calibre on it?

No, but if it has wget installed, then use the installer from: https://calibre-ebook.com/download_linux.

It is based on the Ubuntu 16.04 LTS so if you can get it to install it should run.

Well, I'm a Linux user, but not a guru. I'll probably skip this one.

Device: 102 unit, with W10 Home: 147 unit. Ouch.
