If it is the correct site I visited, application is not free anymore.
You could always use calibre for the exactly the same purpose.
With option to find where the chapter starts and put it on the
new page. It failed often for me, but some results were fantas-
tic.
People report changing pdf to some other format first, then con-
verting it to epub later.
