New and need help Please
As yet I have not decided which ereader to purchase, but have been looking at titles available in different formats. I went ahead and purchased a selection from ioffer and I have received them. But I can't open them. I have asked the seller for help and got this reply Open .rar OR .ePUB? If open .rar,plz right click and choose uncompress the .rar files,but you should better ask your friends to help you,, . Non of my friends are computer savvy, so I am hoping friends yet to be made here can help me. I is a zipped file so I have installed both winzip and winzaRAR archiver but am still not able to open the file.What am I doing wrong?

I am totally lost with your question, but I'm not the most knowledgable in this area. I would check out the main forum listing and choose a forum that might be the best place to ask your question. Not everyone who should will see it in the intro forum.
Good luck, and welcome to MobileRead! I guess I should ask if you're downloaded something like Adobe Digital Editions? You'll need a program to open and read those files.. |

Welcome to MR! My first thought is...do you have program to open these files? Other than that, I agree with Grace...Not everyone will see your post here.

Hi, Sepp. Yup, your best bet is to post the question in a dedicated cub forum here. Meanwhile, why not try downloading the free Calibre software? That might well solve your problem. Best wishes. Neil
