Hello Everyone!
Hi,
My name is Jeff. And I bought a new Kindle for my Dad for xmas. He doesn't have wifi (yet) and we need a little direction on how to go about getting a book recently purchased and downloaded to his computer, onto the Kindle. Not sure which discussion would be appropriate to ask the question? Thanks

Hi Jeff- welcome to the forum!

I would ask your question in the "amazon kindle" forum. If it's an epub, it'll need to be drm free and converted (use Calibre- there's a forum here for that, too!) to a format kindle can read. Be sure to give specifics as to format of the file and you'll get lots of advice there!

Hi, welcome to MR from the Netherlands. First thing I would do is go the webside of Amazon.com------Kindle Store-----Kindle support------Getting started. Get your Kindle registred (if it isn't already) and go from there. On your Kindleapps for PC is also a users manual for you. You need to connect via wifi with Amazon to be able to make collections and synchronize your books.
