603 pocketbook 603 logos/themes

hi ive been trying to personalize my device a bit and havent seemed to be able to find the working parameters for either logos (keep getting unsupported bmp file format message) or themes. does any one have any confirmed working examples or links to any they'd be willing to share?

Hi all,
Can some1 help me please to find the text to speech function for all the promised languages? I just got my Pro 603 and so far its only Eng, Fr, German and Italian languages work for text to speech while it should work in 24 languages.
