iPad NCX trouble
So, I've run into an error that I cannot fix. I've built a file for a client that is a completely valid epub (epubcheck 1.1), works on Kindle and Nook and desktop readers. But, on the iPad when an item in the app TOC (ncx file) is selected, all links point to the title page. What is going on here?

Can you post a copy of the epub file? That would be the easiest way for us to check it.
