Can I legally share my calibre news feeds with others?..

Not sure if this has ever been brought up...or if its just a stupid question...but, does anyone know if it's legal to "share" or distribute the .mobi output files for news feeds generated by calibre? (wondering if it would violate the copyright of news org because of the inclusion of full length articles). I know most if not all of you are not lawyers...just thinking some of these feeds would be great to share with folks who don't have access to a PC to run the program.

Thanks

I don't know but I had thought about doing that if my parents get a Kindle. This way I could set it up to email to them, they aren't techie at all.

The general impression I get from previous threads that posed this question is "no". The content owners usually grants permission to get content from their site, but not to redistribute that content. Fair use might change the rules.

From a practical standpoint, I am sure that no one will care as long as your news ebooks never are available from a public website.
