Question on Pocketbook 903/902

Hi,
I m on search on which ereader to buy. I ve seen the sony PR950 has the feature thah when you read an ebook and you turn the screen horizontaly you can separate the screen on two columns (like in a newspaper). Is this possible on 903 or 902?

Yes, there are a few display options depending on the reader software which lets you show 2-4 pages at the same time or split the actual page or zoom to a given level.

Well, i'm not quite sure what you mean. If you mean, reading a 2-column document, the answer is yes (and the 903 does it well), but if you mean, displaying single column text in two columns (split screen), the answer is no. At least i didn't discover such a feature yet

For the latter, it depends on what app you use to read the document. For PDF files: pdfviewer shows a two-page layout if you dial down the magnification to 50% in landscape mode, but AdobeViewer doesn't go below 75%. For EPUB files: AdobeViewer does a two page layout at low magnification, but fbreader doesn't.
