shortcut for market installed apps
Any pointers on how to create shortcuts in the 'extras' menu for market installed apps on rooted NC?

They should just show up in "Extras" after a reboot.

I've been using ES Task Manager and killing all apps, it seems to force a refresh of everything, including newly installed (or uninstalled) apps icons.
I don't know if this is a good practice, but a lot quicker than reboot. |

Yes, that's fine. Also if you click on your non-stock launcher and return to Extras the same thing should happen.
